These poems, rich in the qualities of children's literature, are easy to recite and memorize, helping children firmly grasp character pronunciations. The "Learning Characters Through Poetry: Exercises" book introduces the origins, history, and formation characteristics of Chinese characters—as well as 39 radicals—through activities and games.
